Can you replicate paintings in your portfolio as a commission?

Yes absolutely! If there is a painting you like but it's already been sold, you can submit a commission request via the Contact page, or send me an email. Obviously replications will never be exactly the same, but I'm happy to replicate a particular style.

The payment/shipping calculation isn't working properly—can I still purchase an artwork from your store?

Sorry about that—we've had a few technical glitches starting out. If you send me an email and the artwork is still available, I'm happy to set it aside and send you an invoice instead.

Do you offer payment on pick-up?

Sure do! If you live close by, I'm happy to have you pick it up or meet you somewhere nearby for drop off. Save you the shipping costs! To arrange this, just send me an email!

Do you have a return policy?

While I really hope you love your artwork, I know that sometimes it won't fit into your space as you imagined. If this is your experience, I'm happy to refund you within 30 days of purchase. However, you will need to ship the painting back to me at your own cost.

Do you offer animation as a service?

While I have skills in simple animation (and I'm constantly improving), I prefer to work with animators on video projects. I can provide you with the layered image files, ready for animating.

Do you do reports or longer-form writing projects?

I have worked on multiple reports and long-form writing projects in the past, many involving additional research and/or professional formatting. Happy to assist—just send me an email.

I am a non-profit or Christian media organisation with a small budget, can you help?

If you have a limited budget to work on a particular project, let me know upfront and I will do my best to tailor my services to fit your requirements. I'm always happy to negotiate to achieve the best mutual outcome.

Do you offer longer-term contract work instead of one-off projects?

If you have a project that requires a particular number of hours per week, I'm open to discussing it with you. While I prefer project-based work, I understand some projects take more time. Just enquire in an email and I'll get back to you.
